"Supertool bespaard fussee vervangen"

Reparatie remklauw gat, 1 gerepareerd ander insert erin.
Zo gedaan en geen fussee vervangen.
Boren zonder de guide ging recht boren me beter af.
Insert erin loctite blauw en klaar. -

Met de linkse tap aan de kant tappen waar de bout niet in gaat.
Zo heb ik 1 gat draad kunnen schonen en dus gerepareerd.
Mijn geval ford, de guide vond niet prettig na aanpakken stappen boor op 2e gat eraf gehaald, zo kon ik voor mijn gevoel beter recht langzaam boren met wat olie.
Ontstane gat goed strak op maat en de insert erin getikt recht kleine stukjes tikken met beleid en precisie.
Loctite blauw gebruikt op binnen deel buiten draad dus.
Tot op de aanslag van de klauw bevestiging zit hij erin.
Nieuwe geleide/glijbouten en passen precies in gerepareerde gat en de insert.
Even de tijd voor nemen dan lukt het zeker.
Pas vooraf je glij bouten van de klauw op de insert.
Boor redelijk scherp, flink gat ook. Langzaam boren en zonder slipkoppeling.
Neem tijd voor boren in 1 keer doorjassen niet dus. Boor werk laten doen met gepaste druk.
