Olimpia Splendid Unico Smart 12 SF Monoblock Airco Including mounting kit!
The Smart 12 SF from Olimpia is a silent air conditioner without an outdoor unit. The Smart is of the monoblock type and therefore does not require a traditional outdoor unit.
The Smart is also particularly favorable in terms of installation costs. The reason for this is: there is no need to install an unsightly outdoor unit. Just drill a few holes, hang up the indoor unit, plug in and the installation is done

Il prodotto è gradevole e fa il suo mestiere, raffresca velocemente, umidifica altrettanto bene ma sono rimasto un po' deluso dal fatto che rimane molto rumoroso, secondo me va bene per una stanza che non sia la camera da letto (è il caso della mia installazione).
La scelta di questo modello "unico" è per l'installazione senza possibilità di montare una unità esterna e la reputo una grandissima cosa soprattutto per chi ha abitazione nei centri storici, o in condizioni che le unità esterne non hanno spazio è per vari regolamenti condominiali o comunali non possono essere installati esternamente (per questo motivo meriterebbe 10 stelle). Il condizionatore, che credo che faccia solo Olimpia Splendid, è un po' l'evoluzione del condizionatore portatile che invece di avere le ruote e sparare fuori aria calda prendendola dall'interno del locale, viene appeso al muro e l'aria di raffreddamento dello scambiatore viene presa ed eliminata esternamente dai due fori da fare. L'installazione di per se non è complicata, viene consigliato di far funzionare il tutto con due forature da 200mm ma è predisposto per 160mm però le griglie fornite sono comunque solo da 200mm. Le spie luminose di funzionamento ben visibili, il telecomando molto basic, nessuna retroilluminazione (comoda di sera o con la luce spenta), la batteria non è fornita e per il costo è proprio ridicolo, i tasti devi schiacciarli bene altrimenti cambi l'impostazione al telecomando ma non al condizionatore e devi dirigere bene il telecomando verso l'elettrodomestico.
L'ora non è visibile a display, la temperatura che viene riscontrata nel locale neanche. Diciamo che il telecomando poteva essere meglio visto che è il mezzo di interfaccia con il condizionatore. Si può impostare 2 programmi con accensione e spegnimento ma manca un timer manuale che l'utente può impostare quando necessario (time off 15',30',1h, e così via). Il costo è importante e da valutare bene considerando che costa mediamente il doppio di un sistema tradizionale, l'installazione va comunque fatta e presa in considerazione.
