For cutting styrofoam, rigid foam, polyurethane, PU foam and thermoplastic materials. Adjustable cutting length from 400 - 650 mm. Cutting depth (throat capacity) 200 mm. Depending on the material, the temperature of the cutting wire is preselected with the help of the practical control knob and remains stable during operation. The spring-mounted outer bracket compensates for heat-related wire expansion and ensures constant wire tension. Supporting surface with lateral bore for attaching a screw clamp to enable stationary use. Especially useful when cutting larger pieces of styrofoam or standard styrofoam plates (usually 100 x 50 cm). A screw clamp and a coil with a 30 m Ø 0.2 mm thread are included in the delivery.
