Scarifying is necessary for a beautiful lawn, so that light, air and nutrients can reach the roots optimally. If scarifying is neglected, weeds and moss will gain the upper hand and the full lawn will be thinned out. However, scarifying can be a time-consuming job with an unsuitable machine, because it has to be scarified both lengthwise and crosswise.
The Scheppach SC40P petrol scarifier with a working width of 40 cm is an efficient tool. Its powerful 4-stroke petrol engine with a displacement of 212 cm³ and 4200 W effortlessly drives the roller with 18 scarifying blades, cuts loose lawn felt and moss and rakes it out together with the roots. In order to protect the roots of the lawn, the SC40P has eight centrally adjustable working heights from -15 to +5 mm, so that the working height can be optimally adapted to the soil conditions. This means that the soil is only opened up a few millimetres during scarifying, while old grass cuttings, moss and weeds are removed. Water, nutrients, light and air reach the grass roots better after scarifying. The grass will become stronger, greener and fuller again.

Vandaag mijn JBL Tune 510BT binnen gekregen, wil al langer ongestoord muziek luisteren en deed dat met gewone oortjes en dat gaat steeds meer irriteren, vooral dat draadje dat aan je telefoon moet zitten en waar door af en toe je telefoon op de grond klettert.
De JBL Tune 510BT, heeft Bluetooth 5.0 en multi-point connectie, een batterij duur van 40 uur en met 5 minuten laden, 2 uur extra muziek. De laad-tijd bij volledig leeg is 2 uur.
De multi-point functie,telefoon en laptop gelijktijdig aangesloten via Bluetooth is in deze corona thuiswerk tijd een heerlijke functie, een muziekje bij je werk gaat naadloos over in een zoom meeting of een telefoon gesprek. De bedieningsknoppen zijn na enige oefening goed te vinden en zijn dus goed geplaatst. Ook loop je gemakkelijk een rondje door je huis, om hier en daar regelend op te treden, want het bereik is uitstekend.
Ben nu een week verder en moet zeggen de batterij duur is uitstekend, na 5 werkdagen slechts 1x 5 minuten bij geladen, wat waarschijnlijk niet eens nodig was geweest.
Ook niet onbelangrijk is de kwaliteit van het geluid en dat is uitstekend. Sta versteld, dat hij zowel hoog als laag zeer goed weergeeft. Zowel bij zoom, telefoon en Spotify is het geluid heel erg goed en goed regelbaar. Een Spotify nummer skippen goed erg makkelijk.
Het draag-comfort is goed, klemt niet en toch valt hij niet van je hoofd. Last van te warme oren heb ik nog niet gehad en heb hem toch al heel wat uren gebruikt.
Ook wandelend en in de auto is hij geweldig, wat betreft geluids-kwaliteit en bedienings-gemak.
Nu meerdere weken in gebruik en nog steeds heel enthousiast en begrijp niet waarom ik er niet eerder op overgestapt ben.
