- Description
The HBM M 5 - M 12 Thread Repair Kit from the HBM brand contains all the necessary materials for repairing damaged threads in metal. With this set you drill the hole with the supplied drill, tap new thread in the hole and mount a threaded sleeve with mounting tool. This will allow the original bolt to fit into the threaded sleeve.
This set is also used for reinforcing threaded connections in aluminum and is equipped with threaded sleeves that can also be ordered separately.
