This is a compact electric shredder with extendable PE collection container on a mobile frame. The electric drive is whisper quiet, but as soon as you start chipping wood with this powerful machine, “quiet†is no longer the first word on your mind.
The cutting thickness can be adjusted with a hand wheel on the side of the machine. The motor can rotate both forwards and backwards (advantage of an electric drive), which can be useful if there is an obstruction in the cutting chamber.
The machine is ideal for work in the garden and has no problem shredding branches up to a thickness of 45 mm! Unlike most chippers, this chipper collects the wood chips in a form-retaining PE container. This way you can always decide later what you want to do with the wood chips. Making wood chips for smoking your slow-cooking BBQ is therefore also possible with this machine.
