Hultafors carpenter's axe SY is made of sandblasted and clear-lacquered iron with a notch in the head near the handle. This allows a hand to be held directly above the cutting edge while striking. The handle has a curved shape and is made of hickory.
- The axe is hand forged and made from Swedish steel using traditional methods that have been in use since 1697
- The steel is struck several times, increasing the steel density and thus the durability of the axe
- With a clear tempered zone where the axe can be sharpened without compromising the strength of the edge
- The handle is made of hickory and treated with linseed oil

Ich habe das QBoard für verschiedene Zwecke in der Altbausanierung eingesetzt (Isolationkasten für Rolladenkasten, Rohrleitungen usw.). Das QBoard lässt sich exakt mit der Stichsäge zuschneiden. Die zugeschnittenen Elemente habe ich mit dem QBoard-Kleber unter Zuhilfenahme von Winkellehren rechtwinkelig verklebt. Wahrscheinlich geht das auch mit jedem anderen guten Baukleber. Anschließend habe ich die so erhaltenen Winkelelemente und Kästen an den Stößen über ganze Länge mit dem Armierungsband belegt und mit einer dünnen Schicht Schnellzement fixiert. Das Ergebnis waren absolut stabile und verwindungsfreie Winkel- u. Eckverbindungen.
