Garantie dat een vervangende douchekop op onze kraan zou passen was niet te geven, uitleg over de huidige slang met contragewicht t.o.v. onze kraan met een springveer om de slang, konden winkel en producent ook niet geven. Men kent het eigen product niet! Wat een aanfluiting. Hele nieuwe kraan besteld. Wat blijkt dan…. dat slechts de handdouchekop vervangen had volstaan
