Merge sub Linux (Ubuntu 20.04). Ubuntu o detecteaza direct, ESI U22 XT, analog si digital, input si output. Sincer, nu am simtit diferenta, o fi doar setare de drivere.
Nu am testat extensiv, dar:
Merge inregistrarea (Audacity) din microfon
Merge (simultan cu inregistrarea) playback de pe PC, de la o sursa oarecare
Merge monitorizarea sursei (microfon)
Cateva minute cat m-am jucat, semnalul este continuu, clar, fara intreruperi, "pacaneli" sau alte artefacte.
Examinand un pic semnalul in Audacity, vorbind in soapta cu gain-ul aproape de maxim din ESI, am ~-6 DB nivel semnal, iar zgomotul (camera neizolata fonic, calculator cu ventilatoare pornite), aprox la -50db! Asa ca si microfonul isi merita banii!
Microfonul are 3 sisteme de fixare, filet 27mm, 16mm si 9mm (tot felul de adaptoare)
Nu mi-am dat inca seama ce face rotita de master volume (in experimentele cu microfon/casca nu a avut nici un efect)
Nu am testat software-ul bundle, nu am testat intrarea HiZ, nu am testat intrarea pe RCA (atentie, conform manual, se poate inregistra de pe Mic+HiZ SAU RCA din spate) NU se poate trage concomitent microfon + RCA, dar asta scrie clar in manual.
Nu am incercat (si probabil ca trebuie sapat) sa controlez din soft U22-ul. Pe windows exista ceva driver, si DirectWire. Or fi si pe Linux, nu am cautat/nu imi trebuie deocamdata.
Sunt n00b intr-ale sunetului si nu am avut nici o problema in a-l seta. Plug and play! RTFM totusi, pentru ca are multe butoane. Combinatia gresita (eg selectarea gresita a sursei de sunet) duce la zero semnal si nu stiti de ce.
Adaptoarele si mufele au sistem de filetare/cleme de fixare, par solide. De retinut adaptorul 3.5-6.3 are filet, nu poti insera orice jack acolo (trebuie sa fie mai subtire suportul)
Castile sunt comode, moi, un pic mai greu cu ecranatul sunetului exterior dar acum nu sunt de gaming.
