Skandia monier pliers, also called braiding pliers, look like end-cutting pliers but are actually designed for braiding rebar. With iron wire you bind reinforcing bars together and thereby tighten the iron wire and then cut it off. Also suitable for attaching mesh to a fence. Manufactured according to DIN 5242, from chrome-vanadium steel, smooth-running, painted black with orange plastic insulation. Clear ground head. Specifications:
